What we collect
You can browse the site without telling us who you are.
When you place an order or create an account, we store what you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, the works you order and your order history. If you create an account, we also store your login.
We do not collect card or bank details online. Payment is arranged directly with you after your order.
Why we use it
We use your order details to fulfil the sale: to contact you, arrange payment and delivery, and keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is the contract with you and our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses only cookies it needs to work. They are not used for tracking or advertising:
_medusa_cart_id: remembers your cart (7 days).
_medusa_jwt: keeps you signed in to your account (7 days).
_medusa_cache_id: lets the site cache your region's prices and stock (1 day).
_medusa_locale: remembers your language, only if you choose one (1 year).
_medusa_pending_customer: holds your sign-up details while you confirm your email (1 day).
Videos on the Media page are YouTube embeds through youtube-nocookie.com. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press "Play video"; after that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
No analytics or trackers
This site has no analytics, advertising or marketing trackers.
Who processes your data
Your data is stored and processed for us by Supabase (database and file storage, EU region) and Hostinger (website hosting, EU).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required by law for accounting purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form.

You can also complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

We keep reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
