Who sells
This website, orphicherz.com, presents and sells the artworks of Paradise Shoman under the name Orphic Herz. The seller is Paradise Shoman, based in Portugal.

The artworks
The artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. When a work is sold, it is no longer available in the collection.
Each product page describes the work as we know it. Where details such as size or medium are known, they are shown there; where they are not, we leave them out rather than guess.
We photograph the works carefully, but colours can look different on each screen and in different light. If you'd like more photos or detail before ordering, write to us.
All works are subject to availability. We may correct product descriptions, prices and availability at any time; an order already placed keeps the price shown when you placed it.
Ordering
Placing an order on this site is a request to buy the work. Once your order is placed, the work is reserved for you and removed from the available works.
By placing an order you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to make the purchase.
Payment
Nothing is charged online. After you place your order, we'll contact you to arrange payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Artwork prices are shown in euros (EUR). The total shown when you confirm your acquisition is the amount you pay.
Cancellation
Please arrange payment within 3 days of placing your order. If you need longer, contact us. If payment remains unarranged, we'll write to you before cancelling the order and making the work available again.
If you change your mind before paying, just tell us and we'll cancel the order.
Arrival and returns
Each original is packed with care. We contact you personally to confirm the arrival arrangements and expected timing.
You can tell us you wish to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the work. The details, including exceptions, are on our Shipping & returns page.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Paradise Shoman and its licensors own the intellectual property in the material on this website, including images, designs, text and logos. Buying an artwork gives you the physical work; it does not transfer the copyright in it.
You may view the site for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute its material without our written consent.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars or government restrictions.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here when you placed it.
